Rising cost of raw materials and waste – embrace circular ecoomy for prefabrication

Prices increase of building materials has become a common global trend, and even the developed countries are not left out. MB „Ekonamai“ and UAB „Nagenus“ are working towards SDG 12, to ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns. In order to reduce construction cost, SHS team is working on a new bio-based, Portland cement free, non-toxic materials and material combinations to reach the same characteristics of mainly used building materials nowadays. In order to operate more efficiently and reduce waste, SHS team is working on embracing prefabrication.
